Oh the pressure of being responsible for this starter and baking wonderful bread! I baked my first 2 loaves the other day and while it tastes more like coffee cake it's delish! Have to remember to feed it tomorrow. My freezer is going to be full by the holidays. lol Anyone want a starter? I'll save you one next time around. =;)
I think part of the purpose is to go out and make new friends by giving away the starter and the recipe but oh well.

I got into a cycle of this not too long ago, but I had to end it after a couple months b/c I got so burnt out on it. It's really good with banana's added to it though!
